It’s easier than you think to add a beautiful, one-of-a-kind piece of furniture to your home. When you work with Built for Life, the process will look something like this:
Step 1: Inspiration
Bring it on! Describe your idea to me. Show me pictures of ones that “almost made the cut”. Tell me what changes you’d like to see and what dimensions you need. We’re going to design a piece of furniture that’s perfect for you.
Step 2: Design
I’ll take your wish list and make some sketches, focusing on design and functionality. Using CAD software, I’ll provide you with digital renderings of your piece and we’ll work together until it’s perfect.
Step 3: Material Selection
I work with a variety of gorgeous, locally and sustainably sourced woods, including white and red oak, walnut, ash, cherry and maple. They have different aesthetics and textures. I’ll recommend the perfect one for your project and budget.
Step 4: Workshop
This is where the real magic happens. Masterful woodcraft will bring your idea to life.
